Project Manager
With strong leadership skills and a detail-oriented mindset, our Project Manager oversees every phase of outdoor living projects—from planning and budgeting to scheduling and final walkthrough. They collaborate closely with clients and our design team to bring concepts to life before construction begins. Acting as the key link between clients, designers, and builders, they ensure timelines are met, quality standards are exceeded, and each project runs smoothly. Their focus is on delivering exceptional results while keeping communication clear and clients informed every step of the way.
Sales Manager/Designer
Our Sales Manager is the first point of contact for homeowners looking to transform their outdoor spaces. With a strong background in relationship-building and outdoor living solutions, they guide clients through the consultation process, listen to their vision, and help shape ideas into reality. From initial meetings to presenting 3D concepts and estimates, they work closely with installers and project managers to ensure every detail aligns with the client’s goals. Skilled in using Structure Studios 3D design software, Focused on clear communication and a seamless experience, the Sales Manager ensures every project begins with trust and a shared vision.
Installation Tech
At VanB, our Installation Technicians are the skilled hands that turn designs into reality. They bring craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence to every project—from pergolas and patios to carports, turf, and complete outdoor living spaces.
Installation Tech I – Entry-level technicians who are learning VanB standards and techniques. They assist senior team members with preparation, material handling, and basic construction tasks while gaining hands-on experience.
Installation Tech II – Experienced installers capable of handling more complex tasks independently. They take ownership of specific phases of a project, mentor newer technicians, and ensure work is performed accurately and on schedule.
